Is the ETS GRE-GMAT converter accurate? My GMAT is above medians everywhere but I don’t know how much it matters.

I get the feeling that MBA degrees get compensated fairly well...more so than tangible real life experience. What is it about MBAs that is so valuable to the employer?

Almost 32 years old and feeling stuck. Been in advertising at creative agencies my entire career and wanting to make the pivot to client side marketing but am feeling very under skilled in certain aspects - project management, account management, digital marketing/CRM, data science. I have used web quests, but I have found that the kids researching their choice of topics and creating Slides containing information and pics results in more students participating.
