How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?

Hello all,
I'm currently working on azure cloud in Cognizant . I've about 1.4 years of experience now. I've got an offer from Axtria as an L1 Analyst. Could anyone please suggest if the change in field is worth it. Or should I just look for other jobs in cloud only? I will have to decide this at the earliest so please do help me with it.

In a different group so take this with a grain of salt. It’ll depend on the people you work with, but people are generally very nice and professional. However, it should be really busy going into next year. Not having an hours requirement is nice but you’ll be busy enough to easily surpass any threshold another firm would have. The office is probably crappier than you would expect for a firm at that tier, but there’s free breakfast and lunch which is nice enough.
