Practice routine in its entirety day or 2 before. Wake up same time every morning, same breakfast etc. Drive to test center day before if you aren’t familiar with area. I did jumping jacks in between sessions to keep the blooding pumping lol

Do 1-2 20 min sets day before and then get a massage or chill and relax. Day of, don’t do anything different than you have before. Maybe look at a few problems you had trouble with before to remind yourself of how to do those questions, but overall don’t overly stress

This is not advice, but just an FYI to give you a feel for what’s going to happen day of. Security in the testing center is strict. You sign in with a hand print every time you check back into the room, you pat yourself down, get your photo taken, etc. I’m a female and wore a headband to keep my bangs out of my face and that was not allowed. Also make sure you keep track of your break time and do your check in before the 10 min break is up.

Cavatappi in Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

Tired of of the same old boring tomato marinara sauce? Try a roasted red pepper cream sauce!

Red bell peppers are roasted in the oven until sweet. It is then blended with caramelized onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, sun dried tomato paste, and cream into a silky, smooth and velvety sauce. Finish the sauce with a knob of butter and coat your pasta. Cavatappi works well here. Don’t forget to shave a little Pecorino Romano

If you're looking for inspirational films about addiction I highly recommend The Resurrection of Jake the Snake Roberts. It's a documentary about the wrestler who had about as bad an addiction problem as you can imagine. It goes through his problems, despair, but also shows his road to recovery through platonic love, support, and he finds redemption. It's great for anyone like me that tried and failed to get sober for years. I have over a year now for the first time.

Hi All, How long does the final offer take to come along after the last discussion. It has been 3 weeks since my last and final round for adidas. The wait is killing me. The application stills shows in process on the careers site.

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. Thoughts on making the shift?

I'm at a career juncture and have decided on a career in anti-money laundering as my new path. I'm also highly interested in additional education to further my career and am eyeing graduate school. Which is best? A law degree or a master's in international relations? Those are where my interests lie. I keep reading that JDs are valued in compliance but am wondering if a different graduate program is better for my goals. I already plan to obtain the CAMS certification. Thank you!

Additional Posts in MBA Applicants

Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. Becoming a manger in my current company/path will probably get me there in terms of TC. Also considering EMBA from a good school (Wharton Global, Duke, Kellogg, Booth).
