Hi Folks, looking for an answer here.. what is the need to get Advance Certification in Workday? Is there a mandate that u need to be certified in X module to work in that project? Is it defined for a particular role type by workday?

Is Infosys HRs really dumb, they are continuously posting on LinkedIn that they are hiring for Infosys. It has been more than 60 days and my profile is still showing the Schedule Interview.

I tried to reach close to 9-10 HRs and they are not responding to my messages on LinkedIn.

One HR will post anything related to hiring and immediately in next 2 minutes you'll see a bunch of replies from Infosys HR like #hiring, #hiring2022,
#infosyshiring.

Such a bad timing to find new position right now! I am sure I speak for a lot of us, but interviews started happening right before covid and now companies are delaying their process due to obvious reasons.

Just got an offer with 25% increase in base comp (plus 10% of my base in equity). It’s a pretty unglamorous industry, but a good role (high visibly) and nice team. Do I bite? Or hold out and continue looking? Main concern is that it’s not in an industry I care much for. 5YOE T2 if that makes a difference.

Got the following offers on the table:

1. Big 4 - Manager, $180k + $20k sign on, told a good expectation is 12-15% bonus next year. 1.5% 401k match and 3% pension contribution. First year cash would be around $225k
2. New, well funded advisory arm of an established business - Engagement manager, $210k, 20-25% bonus. 2.5% 401k match. First year cash closer to $250k

Big 4 is a defined path with history, reputation, and exits. Other place is largely unknown but a lot of comp.

What do you think?

If I took a part time MBA program, can I still campus recruit for a summer role at MBB, Big 4, FAANG, etc?
