Looking for some honest advice. Considering an offer with SocGen B’lore for Specialist Software Engineer position with 5.5 years exp and into Tech service management. Could you please tell me a bit about following points?
- 25% of the compensation(5Lakhs) is Variable. Does company even pay 60% of it at the end of the year if you perform say 4/5 rating?
- What is an average annual hike that the firm gives?
- How is the work culture and LGBTQ inclusionpolicy? Société Générale

I’d start by not calling the spun out company “Solventum”
But also - what the previous posters said. This isn’t a one sentence question or answer. Hire an agency.
First, I’d call it “Accenture” and then do a bunch of virtue signaling and greenwashing. I’d buy lots of awards and push down all administrative work to already overworked people but I’d tell them it’s actually high tech training. Last, and here’s the really tricky part: I’d hire a lot of decent people to risk their own personal brand to build this one. Am I getting warm?
Invest in an experiential agency. One small enough to actually have time to focus on your problem.
