I was interviewed in TCS for the position of Linux admin and i have cleared all the rounds, i have accepted the salary brakeups also. How long can it take to get a offer letter from TCS. It's been 3weeks, when I check with HR they just tell we have sent for approval. And in the tcs portal the application status is "Evaluation in process". Can some please suggest.

I know crew gets paid a dollar less than me yet a do a lot ( its part of my job ) I asked for a raise I was told wait 3 months. Waited I asked again was told I needed to do this this and that. Good Morning! Question for you guys?! How do you counter offer a yearly 3% raise when you feel you should ask for more than the standard? Any ideas or verbiage?

I completed technical interview round and they told I clear it and they are planning a managerial round before issuing offer letter.
During that call he asked my expected ctc and I mentioned 12-13 LPA. He told they are ok with it.

But after the call I did some research and understand they average pay for that role is 14LPA


Can I expect them asking again during managerial round or I have to agree with this 12-13 LPA

Am I Doing bad or very bad in terms of money?

I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? I have about 20 files or more in my rotation at a time. I work on various types of cases at once. Some are simple, others are extensive. I feel like it’s very unstructured and one of the managers micromanages. It’s like every man for himself. Take home pay is $50k. I am working on my bachelors deg. Do I get paid enough?

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.
