Today we were told we’ll be getting special incentives this holiday season as appreciation, something we have never seen before. I’m excited but trying not to get my hopes too high. Our company’s incentive policy is decent but rarely makes everyone happy. I’d be thrilled if we got this bonus tax-free!

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?

Took my first ever sick day today on account of my very poor and worsening mental health. Just could not bring myself to put in another 14 hour day with back to back meetings and constant activity.
