Hey, I'm joining EY More Place office in Sept. 2 BHK preferred moving with family (3yo daughter) Would prefer a direct tube to More Place, within 45 mins travel time.
We've shortlisted a few places in Love Lane (SE18), Glenwood Road (SE6), Mill Hill (NW7), Hayes (UB3), Cathay Street (SE16) and Mitcham (Colliers Wood).
We'd wanted to stay in Harrow. However, there's no direct tube from Harrow on the hill to EY More Place. Am I putting too much imp on direct connection and overlooking Harrow?

Looking at merging with another firm in NY. My practice in my current small firm has been mainly with clients in NJ which I doubt will travel to NY. Firm in NY is now saying we will pay some of your costs for your Jersey office (50 percent of cost) and then after 2 years wants me in the NY firm every day. Best roles to apply to at google after MBB consulting??

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. I’m very interested in the opportunity but also don’t want to make a poor financial decision early in my career. Thank you for your time!
