Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

Q: for FAANG recruiters, do candidates get a reject stamp after failing even at the later stages?
I advanced to the last stage at Facebook (Meta) around a year ago but failed on my last interview, a combination of not being familiar with the process and not having chemistry with the interviewer.
A friend who is a hiring manager recently recommended me and this time without even a HR call I received a straight up thanks but no thanks email.
Does this mean I’ve been permanently black listed?
I’m an L6 SDM at Amazon but a Meta recruiter sent me an M2 sdm job description. I have all the XP I need from previous job experience but does Meta keep your same level as Amazon? Meaning if I am an L6 at Amazon am I automatically interviewing at M1 or can I jump to an M2?Amazon Facebook (Meta)

You can check out levels.fyi they have a pretty good reputation.

I’ve looked! They don’t have program manager as an option, only TPM and product manager. But I guess it’s good to gauge against.
I don’t know what L5 means, but it seems like a decent amount, but I would ask for RSUs on top of it ($100k over 4 years?). Amazon probably gives them as part of their compensation (right?), and you wouldn’t want them to come back with “ok, so $125k + $25k / yr in RSUs”.
L5 is the job level in Amazon’s corporate structure. Yep, TC is inclusive of RSUs. I already have a base salary in mind so RSUs would make up the difference to get the TC. Just want to make sure that’s not a ridiculous TC number, I’ve heard varying opinions.
First, ask for the salary range for the role they are hiring you for any company HR has that information. Then Do your research, take the most common salary range median and add 20%. If they except, you were too low on your salary number. If they come back with a lower number you can start your negotiation there. You always want to come back with 20% more than what you want that way you'll get at least 10% more than they were willing to offer. Sometimes they'll make up the difference with other benefits like more vacation time, bonus, or flexible hours.
Yeah, this is a weird situation because my boss wants me to give a number before HR does so that my boss can come back to HR with my number right away. It’s a great situation to have my boss advocating for me but my boss can’t advise me on a number so it’s hard to know if I’m asking too low or too high. I might just take your advice and ask for HR’s number first so that I can gauge what to ask for. I was already planning on asking for a 20% increase in my current base salary though.
That sounds reasonable.
