Transitioning from analytics consultant to a data scientist in our product management business line (still with the firm). Are my exit opportunities going to look different given the title change?

I am starting a new position as an SDR at LinkedIn and thus signing a new contract. It’s an entry-level position but I have already worked in the company for some time. Would you recommend negotiating the offer or SDR entry-level positions are usually not negotiable?

(I've heard that other SDRs were earning around 40k EUR 70% base salary and 18k EUR 30% variable earnings, in Ireland)

Has anyone used a tech consultant or an outside tech provider that helps you set up your firm or serves as an outside IT department? This may just be my wishful thinking, but would love if I could find someone to fill this role for my firm.

I have a Masters and 8+ years working in an external relations role in a hospital. I have since moved to the payor side. Would it be valuable to pursue another graduate degree (MPH or Dr PH) in order to advance in the payor world or would more education actually hurt my chances?
By advancement, I mean I would earn the degree and then try to find a job at a competitor. My leaders either don’t have graduate degrees or they don’t seem to value them.
