When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?

Supposedly the part of your brain that processes anxiety is the same part that processes excitement. So instead of saying I'm anxious about this interview or presentation, I tell myself I'm excited about it. Easy to switch your brain from anxious to excited.
Try to think of it as as a conversation as opposed to an interrogation.
Act like you don't need the job. Always works.
I prepare and know my shit, but anxiety really fucks me up at times.
Remind yourself why you don't really care.
Homework. Know the role, already have some good case studies picked out and rehearsed that show your strengths for it/the agency. Sharpen your POV. Try to be warm and personable. They know you're chops- they have your resume. They just mostly want to make sure they want to actually work with you.
Do improv. Seriously.

Propranolol is the real body of Christ.
Nature's Way: sleep, deep breathing, visualize a good outcome, healthy breakfast (with decaf), exercise, get there early and be prepared (learn about THEM). My way: some of the above + half a Xanax.
Two (2) beers OR one (1) shot. Never both, and always have some gum on you.
