After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

Parthenon. KPMG are bottom of barrel already, especially in this space.
KPMG is shit so never them.
Don’t with KPMG — the last few years on bonuses and raises are nowhere close to what they told you.
This is a no brainer.
A bad year for everyone is 0. A low performance year for any / all of them is 30%. A 'meh' performance is 50% and anything north of that is a trip to a sunny beach, investment, and/or retirement moving forward by a month or two...
Sorry to burst the bubble that HR blew at you, but none of us Directors are currently making 12%-20% bonus at KPMG
The past few years have been capped between 15% and 17% and even then I dont know of any Directors that got anywhere near the top of the VC range.
FWIW Im a homegrown Director making $295K and my bonus was around $10k/3% last year. I had larger bonuses as a Manager b4 Covid.
Thanks everyone, I went with EY-P
EYP and not even close. Just be eyes wide open on what it means to be coming in at a pre PPMD level.
Can you say more about that? Gonna work me to death or something?
What are the targets and metrics for both? Deal flow (sales; revenue; profit; # of deals at different stage)
How are these targets augmented for Year 1 and Year 2 each role?
Same rough targets for sales and managed revenue, don’t think there are posted adjustments, but in practice expectations are adjusted for bonus conversations
What are the retirement and other benefits?
Basically same as far as I can tell
Look, a shitty year 50% bonus payout at 45% for 250k is 56,250... vs a 50% bonus payout at 20% for 285k is 28,500... you can take a crap year at one and still have a nice lump sum. The other won't buy you a used audi after taxes... EY is clearly pay for performance. Go perform.
I see - yeah I’m not sure how often either the 20% or the 45% happens but yes the risk adjusted math still favors EY
Definitely depends on team. We recently poached EY-P’s PE leadership team and their side of the ship has seemed to be very strong. Also hasn’t there been a mass exodus from EY-P since the Everest debacle?
I don’t, that’s an old title. But you do work in KPMG!
