Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

Take the severance duh.
Don't ever take termination if you can resign. Ever
Generally HR can only release dates of employment. They do not release information about how or why separation occurred.
Take severance. Accentures job verification system will only say when you were employed. It will not say of you were terminated
Are you being offered the option to resign? If you are terminated will you still have good references from the company?
Do you need good references to find another job?
Why D2?
Severance
Take severance forreal
Have a conversation with HR to understand how the termination would impact future references, employment checks, etc.
D2, why not? What negative impact would I have for termination if the firm doesn't release information on reason for departure?
There's a difference between being terminated for performance and being terminated for bench time. You're the latter. Take the severance.
Being released and given severance is much different than being terminated.
