15 weeks - but it was a surprise pregnancy (3rd baby).
I actually got promoted 6 weeks before going out on leave and promoted again about 2 months after coming back.
The second promotion was probably what I would have happened had I not been pregnant, but I think they were trying to ensure I would come back.
If you have good culture, your exciting life events should be cause for celebration!
I was 4 months pregnant.
But I was in the leadership team and we had plans to hire another person to take on some of my responsibilities, so I wanted to give them enough notice to do that.
I also had (and still have) a very good relationship with my boss, and knew he'd be supportive.
