UBS How difficult is internal switch? I have joined UBS almost an year ago and now I’m planning to do internal switch. My current designation is AD, working at Hyd, tech stack is java, spring boot, Micro-services e.t.c.
My questions on Let’s say if i attend the internal AD roles, then
1. Will they be concerned about why I’m leaving my current project? (In my case i do not like project and its very old too much complex monolith application and they do not use spring, they use some old framewrk )
