Wearing to work today

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.
Can anyone here give a referral?

Honest mistakes are apart of doing business. Of course, if mistakes happen all the time then further discussions should happen. Try not to sweat it!
Please stop punishing yourself. It was an honest mistake. No biggie. You can not be perfect. Take a deep breath, and allow yourself to let it go.

Oof, I feel you! I still remember something I did wrong at a job 20 years ago. More recently, I forgot to book a hotel for a previous night when someone was traveling internationally and arriving at 10 am. Her response was that she finally found a hole in my armor. She said she was kidding, but it stuck with me, and she made sure to point out to book the hotel for the night before arrival every time she had traveled out of the country since. It's hard to get over the feeling that it's all she's thinking about when she mentions it. I hope someone gives great advice because I need it too!
Been there myself! And many more, of various types. We are only human. I try to look at the positive. The positive thing about making a mistake is that it sticks with us, as an opportunity to do better. Once a mistake, now a lesson learned. Often these lessons make us stronger. They are a part of our experiences. Be loving and forgiving to yourself; the duration of shame is expired and it’s time to move forward. The value in a mistake is the way we handled it. Interviewers love to hear how we handle mistakes. Take note of how you problem solved, what you learned, and how your methods improved.
I understand the feeling, it helps if you “laugh it off” (whatever it is). If you make it less of a personal issue, it will help others forget faster. Also, mistakes happen and so many people get cc’d on mass emails…honestly when it’s a mass email I usually just delete without looking. I’m sorry you are feeling this way today - the feeling will last for a few days but then just disappear.
