Thoughts on Razorfish Health?
Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?
Any performace testers in nagarro.. plz dm

Pests in Phoenix are nothing compared to some places - I’ve lived all over and the Southwest has the least variety and volume of unfriendly insects that I’ve experienced. I practically live outside (avid camper / backpacker) and Arizona is absolutely amazing in my opinion.

Actually, compared to Minnesota’s mosquitoes and humidity, this is an excellent state to live in. Career-wise there are good engineering jobs in the US’s fifth-biggest metro area. Certainly “Silicon Valley” beats it but I don’t know anyone in California personally and I have friends here in Phoenix
I grew up in the Midwest, been in Phx 7 years. The mosquitoes here are nothing like Midwest mosquitoes. Nothing.
Also any ideas on how to deal with pests?
Palo verde beetles freak me out lol. Are you living near standing water in regards to the mosquitos or have grass you need to water? Trade out grass for rock asap if you’re new here! And if you’re near a mountain preserve I’d invest in pest control for sure 🙏🏼
Omg I just googled palo verde beetle 😱
First of all. At least it’s not Australian critters. They are WAY bigger. 🤪
There are plants that help
Rosemary - fleas and ticks
Lavender - flies moths and MOSQUITOES
Eucalyptus - mites aphids earwigs and whiteflies
There are others but these are most common.
Hope this helps
They’ve definitely gotten worse over the last 10 years

My dog got bit by a snake, so now they are my most hated pest.
Ohh its not so bad, its not like florida per say. One or two mosquitoes will make it inside your house and bother you for a few hours till you slap them dead.
Crickets like to come inside my house and cri cri non-stop. It’s quite annoying. Scorpions is something I haven’t encountered in Phoenix but I have in Sedona.
You guys leave your houses in the summer?
There’s more to AZ than Phx. I encourage exploring NoAZ like the White Mountains. It’s beautiful here in the summer… we wake up at 3am or drive to 7k ft!
You guys I just hate hate hate mosquitos and don't really know what I'm going to do...why oh why are we having to deal with this??
