(UK - based here!) I recently submitted a reasonable accommodation request to my employer. My request was supported by an external independent report with workplace suggestions + letter from my psychiatrist.
The request was approved, but the approval itself feels quite vague. e.g. timelines for implementation aren’t clearly defined, access to resources is described as “dependent on budget,” and many of the proposed adjustments are marked as “to be reviewed.”
Is this normal or worth challenging?

Those qualifiers make it sound like it's not really approved. Maybe ask HR if the accommodations are approved exactly as they have been requested?

Recommendations for improving lower back / sciatica pain. Is there a seat cushion / lumbar support cushion that genuinely helps you? I’m all ears. Can anyone relate? If I’m stressed out, I can’t focus on my tasks because my productivity is driven by creative and explorative thought. When I’m stressed or anxious, my mind doesn’t have the room or space to think freely to get things done, and I end up bouncing around different tasks not getting anything done. Just started medication - adderal helped but if I didn’t take it for a day the withdrawal was UNBEARABLE. On vyvanse now.. tbh feels like my brain fog started when I started meds?

I am starting to believe 35+ of having not managed my ADHD has really negatively impacted me in career growth etc. I'm realizing a lot of things about myself are because of the ADHD. Hi! I’m a young professional with less than 2 years experience, started a new job 1.5 months ago. I’m having quite some difficulties on balancing out my response time to tasks. While I act incredibly fast if not immediately with some, I sometimes take 1-2 weeks with couple of hours worthy ones.
