Deloitte SC is not the same as M no matter how much they want to believe it.
Funny thing is, 5 years to M seems a bit too quick. But I'd say that because I spun my wheels for 3 years as an SC at D before I left.
2-4-6 are all the same basically. Look at what clients they have to get an idea of who you would like to work for.
5 if you like tech stuff.
Avoid the rest.
@sm1 that's my debate honestly
Don’t listen to people telling you all B4 are the same. KPMG is not in same league as PwC. Their resources / talent in FT practice are not at the same level. KPMG’s people, processes, and tech are not as mature (in my experience) to PwC. Can’t speak for EY but heard good things. I’ve only heard terrible things about Deloitte and when I was at ACN, there were two particularly awful people from Deloitte who had moved over and got a very rude awakening because we didn’t put up with their toxic bs.
Would say Deloitte > Accenture >> EY > PWC >>> Capgemini >>> KPMG
Also depends on what type of work you’re doing and i assumed we EYP and S& aren’t included
I rated based on general vibes
Clearly from the other comments on this, everyone here has different experiences with each company. Look at your benefits, speak with your manager / team about WLB, compare the comps, and if there still isn’t one sticking out afterwards, do a random draw or something lol. What’s best for you won’t be best for everyone else on this thread and there’s lots of great things about each of these companies
OP you need to engage the actual teams to get an idea as WLB and development varies across the different teams.
@sm2 would you say big4 manager is equal across the board?

KPMG probably worse.
