Frankly, EY path to partner seems to be too clouded (long pipeline, no clear direction/path, uncertainty on promotion cycles, etc.) at the moment and I would like to visit all options. Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.

Nagarro - 15 (As this was first offer and i hope they will be renegotiate if i ask them to)

Ameriprise - 17.5 fixed plus 1 variable plus 1 joining bonus

Capco - 19 fixed plus 1 joined bonus plus some variable which they haven't disclosed.
