I got an offer from BNY Mellon for 28 LPA for Senior Associate 1 position as a Backend Developer. Is BNY a good company considering I am already working as a Full Stack Dev in Deloitte ? Please help and also plz add some points related to benefits, work life balance, quality of work, etc.

We have sales people in Canada and the US, the Canadians make 150K CAD and down here it’s 150K USD, the Canadians argue they should be making 30% more than the US colleagues to be equal bc of the exchange! I explain the salary is dependent on the market data for them in Canada, WHERE THEY LIVE, and you can’t compare it to the US employees and the market data down here. Overall they are both in the 75th% for total comp. for their industry. Am I wrong?

Just wondering if any Junior designers feel the same but I work as the only graphic designer in a small digital marketing agency and lately there isn't any new projects and work coming in at least in my "department".
