Yes. This is more than you would get if you started as an analyst and worked 3 years.
Honestly no. I would expect 15-20k higher at least. I’ve heard a couple people I know of with 2 YOE get 120k offers.
Unless you’re in a highly technically role I’d have to agree.
You get that 120 and it will be hard to be staffed because you only have 3YOE, Accenture prefers it’s homegrown talent! Just remember more money comes with more expectations. If I made 120 3 year out of undergrad…. Dam
