We as accountants need to unionize and have a nationwide strike near busy season and walkout because accountant lives matter. We deserve to get paid overtime for all of the overtime we are forced to work. Accounting firms partners already make too much money. Nurses did this now they are making bank while we get exploited and be exempt from overtime pay.
