Have my closing interview with Accenture next week. So far the Director and MD I have met with have both liked me and the recruiter has said that they have both given me a thumbs up and that the upcoming closing interview with the MD is just a conversation. What would the point of this channel be?
What's the purpose/goal of the channel? I would start by defining these details before deciding if it's worth pursuing.
Everything on company channels is company-owned. I can see it being helpful for formal announcements of events, bolster camaraderie, etc. but wouldn’t encourage much more than that (e.g., sharing individual grievances).
Agree with Consultant 1, we have a DEI channel that I use for announcements/ events etc. A lot of users post articles, celebrate DEI wins etc. We have had it for 4 years without any issues.
Agreed with others. Define the goal, st some ground rules and remind people of both on a quarterly bases with automated work flows.
