The interview went ok, but I didn't think I'd get it. A friend who worked there said "just show up" the CD gets so stoned on weekends he will think he hired you . So I 💩 my 👖 and did. I walked in the next Monday at 9 AM I introduced myself to IT guy and told him where I would sit. He rolled his eyes and moaned no one ever tells him anything. By 10 I had a computer and a desk. The CD that interviewed me strolled in at 11. He stopped dead in his tracks and pointed at me and yelled across the open concept space "did we actually hire this guy?" My friend yelled back "yep". He shrugged and walked away. I negotiated my salary 4 days later and worked there for a long time. It was my first real agency job.
What the OP didn't mention was the child was 10.

I already shared the one about the interviewer who excused herself for a moment and apparently quit. But this was also fun: meet with the SVP acct who made it clear she didn't want my boss to hire me. "I've been here 23 years, I've seen a lot of people come and good, and I'll still be here when you and he leave too..."
I'm all for breast feeding. But that's inappropriate. Same as it would be inappropriate if she bottle fed a child during your interview.
Upon being told the team was sociable and often went for Friday drinks, I was asked if I did indeed drink because the interviewer wasn't sure if I was a 'practicing Muslim'. FYI, I'm not Muslim. He then told me the role would involve working long hours and if my husband would mind me working late, 'oh wait... are you married by the way?' My sister who works in HR had a field day with that one.
My future boss started talking about a camping trip with her family and how she was scared because she was going to have her period during that time

I'm glad OP made it clear it was a female interviewer. A male interviewer breastfeeding would definitely take it up a notch.

The account director interviewing me a) was drunk, b) had her feet on the table, c) didn't know which role I was interviewing for and then proceeded to d) tell me she thinks I'd be cute with the ACD on the account I was interviewing for and how we should get married.

Sounds like the BEST interview
