What are all some good FinTech companies that are open to hire TPMs from consulting companies? I’m a Program Manager with PMP and good experience in payment systems, and would like to start my tech transition from the FinTech companies.

I feel like I’m not learning anymore. At least not anything I can transfer to industry. All I know is tons of general info and I’m sort of wondering what I should do. Should I go to Big 4 for a year doing M&A tax, do corporate tax at Big 4…. I seriously don’t know. Looking at industry jobs has changed my perspective on my knowledge

Why do Big 4 firms interview you for a specific position level and then try to make you come in below that level...

That would be a lateral move for me in terms of level which be okay if at least it was a good pay increase but Their quoted pay range for the lower level would make it almost a lateral move financially too..
