This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? Our district is so lax on the students this year. With tech issues and distance learning days, we’ve gone from accommodating to enabling real quick. No penalties for late work, taking excuses for attendance, lower academic and behavioral standards... We were beginning to make so much progress on transforming our school culture, but this year is erasing that and then some. Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.
