What are some clues you're being fired? I have 2 sudden unplanned meetings with my PML and team about feedback/expectations tomorrow. I know I haven't been doing well, how should I prepare myself?

Just got let go and my manager said part of it was because I was looking for other jobs. I didn't look for other jobs at work, so I'm not sure how they could have known that unless a coworker snitched on me. Is it worth it to try and find out who or should I just leave it? Can't deny that I'm seriously pissed off about it.

Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.

The hostility on my team is rough. We have a yeller. I walked by her room the other day. She was screaming across the room at a student, "you have to be kind to get kindness." Seriously, those were her words in a loud, berating, angry tone. Our admin has asked that we not report these. We are to talk to the teacher. She has yelled at me and other adults.
