Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

Tata Consultancy Infosys Cognizant Wipro I have completed all the technical and HR rounds and salary discussion, documents submission also done. But all of sudden got mail from hr saying that my profile is kept on hold. Any possibility that I will receive offer letter or it will be in hold forever? Meantime can I attend interview for other positions in hcl?

I want to send a reply/forward message to the same e-mail thread from abc@gmail.com, saying that I am looking for roles within their VC firm. Is that a good idea?

So the first round of interview is usually with the hiring manager and I like to ask them what their typical work week looks like, what would they define as the successful candidate for the position, what barriers they would want the candidate to solve within the first 3 months, how is performance in the role measured?
So not all of these but definitely some from above 😄
Aim for 3 questions - one related to the role, one related to the company’s culture, one related to the hiring manager’s role
