Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hi Everyone,
Urgent !!
How many years of experience does Cognizant consider in order to give "Associate" role?
I am switching from Larsen & Toubro Infotech & I got a role of 'Programmer Analyst' having 2.2 YOE.
What is the max budget for 'Programmer Analyst' role ?
Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

Fire five or six of the strongest people to show you’re serious. Refurbish your office. Sit in on client meetings and talk over the day-to-day leads.
Are you my new boss?
Start scheduling some one-to-ones, show you’re serious and willing to listen.
👆 Exactly. You can get all the clues there.
By building trust and helping make your peers’ lives easy, you’re going to be perceived as the leader they want to support. And you need allies to be an effective (and fulfilled) leader.
I highly recommend the book The First 90 Days by Michael Watkins. One of the key take aways is to hold off from making any changes until you’ve assessed everything.
Also, relationships are everything so start building them. Take people to lunch or coffee to get to know them beyond work roles and responsibilities.
Good luck!
I love this book it’s great advice. I agree with others on the feed- meet as many people as you can, listen and learn. Make a list of low hanging fruit you can change right away.
Another book I love and deals with building teams, trust, and results - Radical Candor. Lots of good advice in there (for new managers to super senior leaders)
