I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

Honestly, having a good internal process to keep candidates engaged. We've been so bad at follow up and I feel like we're losing engagement fast if we're not agile enough
They need to be in sync with the rest of the hiring team about how to move quickly/schedule highly qualified candidates. If you really like them, chances are other companies do too and it's a race to who can get the offer out faster.
A plug and play interview process everyone is aware of. Aligning on what is needed from the candidates background. If they can do the job and you like them. Hire them. You will lose them waiting to see too many comparison candidates.
