So I was offered a role in Strategy Consulting in after 2 years in Risk Consulting however, after 2 years I’ve only worked on Internal audit engagements few ad hocs such as updating risk register and the delegation of authority matrix.

Honestly speaking I am doing good and I am up for promotion in October however I am not fully enjoying my time but I fear that the move would not be a good and I can’t hit the ground running which scares me.

Any advice and past experiences in such career shit?

Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.

Do we got some good offers or its another certificate just to add to CV after so much of investment & time I don't want to get this wasted !!

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%. Hi everyone! I’ve been working as a product manager in an internal consulting department at Kaiser Permanente a on software product that maps and automates clinical workflows. Although my title is a consultant, my role entails the usual responsibilities of a PM (prioritizing builds and features, identifying business requirements, mapping user journeys and stakeholder management). Experience sharing on calories deficit -
I have a normal body build but want to lose a few pounds(especially around my belly). I am making visible progress now by eating less(work gets busy and I use that to forget about hunger), a lot of walking, have casein protein to feel less hungry. Diet is really what do the trick.
But there are drawbacks too - my energy level(especially around night time) drop significantly that the level of exercise I used to do feels hard (light/mid intensity)
