What are the best tips to leveraging into big 4 audit from an operations background with about 2 years of ops experience?

Double major in accounting and finance with a skillset that can succeed in the field. Just need to find a way to obtain the opportunity because cold applying on the company websites isn’t cutting it.

You'll almost certainly need a referral from someone to break into big 4. Networking here and on LinkedIn is invaluable. Also, there's a job referrals bowl that you could ask in too. Best of luck!

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

I want to know more about getting my foot in the door and getting the necessary experience. I’m a designer in the planning/landscape architecture dept. of a CE firm. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for. I know that my designs could be better if I could see how things are actually built but I get slapped in the face with “I need you in the office designing/drafting” or “there’s no budget to have you go out” and then sends an intern to inspect instead. I’m 5 yrs out of college. Any advice?

Need help building an electric schedule for a production schedule with a Gantt chart style view (sort of)

Currently have an excel list with resource (production line), start date and time, and then also the name of the item being produced.

Any ideas how to tackle this??

I’m thinking a stacked bar chart with the vertical categories to be my resources and horizontal the date/time and then each individual bar to be the name of the item being produced.
