What are the current signing bonus claw back periods at each of the b4? I think PwC is around 3 months only but I’ve heard EY is up to 2 years?

Does Deloitte USI reimburses the EA/CPA fees? If yes, what is the reimbursement amount?

Do we have salary advance policies in the big 4s either in Indian or global offices?

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.
