Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon
Any advice on moving from L4 to L5 in Amazon?

Analyst>Assistant Vice President>Vice President>Director>Managing Director
At JP Morgan the levels are as following in the order of seniority MD (605) -> ED (604) -> VP (603) -> Associate (602) -> Associate (601) -> Analyst (502)
602 = Associate
American/European banks - Analyst, Associate/AVP, VP, Director, MD
Canadian banks - Associate, Manager, Associate Director, Director, VP
Some banks vary a little, but most Canadian banks follow the same designation as non-financial firms, where Director is below VP, but most American/European banks will follow where VP is lower ranked then Director.
Citi is AVP>VP>SVP>Director>MD (multiple levels here, even CEO is technically MD)
GS IBD is Analyst-Associate-Executive Director/VP-MD-Partner
Yes Bank is Assistant Manager >> Deputy Manager >> Manager >> Senior Manager >> Assistant Vice President >> Vice President >> Senior Vice President >> Executive Vice President >> Group Executive Vice President >> President >> President 2 >> Senior President >> Senior President 2 >> Group President >> Group President 2 >> MD & CEO
