I got an offer from Deloitte India and KPMG Global Services into deal advisory role. The salary difference is not very much but I'm confused now which one to join.
In both the companies I have to work with international clients.

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?

Totally disinterested in tax, have 2.5 years experience and masters in accounting. Banking and finance jobs for about 3 years before I got into accounting. I’ve been proposed an exit as Product Owner at a real company, not a consulting one. Staff seems nice, good culture, good salary (less than consulting but well), BUT I would have to move countries for that job and start a new life.

New to the U.S., is the Healthcare Industry (via HIPAA), the only industry in the U.S. that legally mandates having a designated Privacy Officer? So for example, although GLBA has obvious privacy requirements, unlike with healthcare, financial institutions in the U.S. are not mandated by law to have a designated Privacy Officer?
