Durible Medical Equipment (things like cooling units, crutches, braces, hospital beds etc) and medical supplies. There are also numerous types of medical devices from implanted devices to endoscopes, stents etc.
You can also sell EHR (electronic health systems) and other tech used by medical practices and hospitals.
Patient experience/customer experience saas
Diabetic devices like Medtronic
Diagnostics
You could do a specialty like Radiation Oncology where you sell equipment for cancer treatments (with radiation). We have reps in our department all the time. Qfix, Bionix, Macromedics are a few. They sell things like positioning items (reusable boards with moving pieces to help patients get into a reproducible positions) to immobilization items where they are custom made for a patient. These items have to be replaced every so often and centers are growing all the time, a potentially big market.
Companies like Henry Schein, McKesson, and Medline offer durable medical equipment sales but also all medical supplies like bandaids, needles, lidocaine, gauze, chemicals…etc. As someone who works in medical supply chain, my reps are vital resources for me and that would be a good fit for what you’re describing.
Software
There is also laboratory equipment sales.
