No, we have sales targets.

@P1- read the advisory expectations memo. Directors do not have sales targets. Period. However, if you want to hit partner or be put in the PDP (partner development program) sales will matter. But you can be a director with low sales and still be doing just fine at your level.

$1.5M for Advisory Directors

@P1 - I've seen many directors being let go over the years at PwC and the biggest reason provided is not hitting sales goals. Most, at least in MC, seem to focus on selling vs being on a client site delivering.

There is no specific goal for PwC Directors

Is it common to go from big 4 (strategy arm) to Investment Banking post MBA? And if you’ve done so, how has your experience been? I’m going to Wharton and want to extract as much as I can - meaning get a job that I couldn’t have gotten without Wharton and leverage Wharton’s “finance” brand. Right now IB seems to be the only path that meets these requirements but want to hear from others!

Hey folks, how many of you in Big 4 here and what are the other firms that we have representation from ? I will start EY :)

Would doing a top MBA be a better opportunity than what I am doing now? Profile: 2 YOE B4 consulting; 3 YOE Product M at A; TC/year 210k; GMAT 740; State School 2.8 GPA I don’t have plans to lateral into another field (yet) and I already work alongside Post MBA PMs. I just feel like an MBA at this point is more for the networking rather than for the campus recruiting (to lateral into another field). I also feel like “the time is ticking” for me to make a decision comparing to others in MBAs.
