Depends on your salary band and your company. I THINK mine is about 275/pay cycle. That’s for the lower-deductible/lower copay family plan.
And where you live, dependents on the plan, etc. If your agency is small or an independent, you will likely also pay more since fewer employees means less negotiating power. On the other hand holding companies tend to pay less of the overall insurance bill compared to some independents…

Single and paying $140/month but it’s like a $1500 deductible.
As an individual I pay nothing, but my deductible is 3K, so I get nothing. If I wanted a lower deductible I’d have to pay up to $200/month, depending on the plan.
$0/yr the agency pays 100% of the plan costs for employee and family medical/dental/vision. It’s amazing. Plans are pretty good too - standard $20 copay for dr visits, $40 for specialists.
