What boundaries do you have in place as a FL? I just started and I feel like a hot mess with too much to do (business things, new calls, client work, slack, multiple emails, timesheets 💀). I’m so tired.

I have multiple clients and refuse to work more than 20 hours a week on a given client. I don’t take calls on Monday/Friday unless it’s absolutely necessary. I also won’t do meetings after 5pm. I do good work for my clients, it do it on my terms. It doesn’t work for everyone, but when you find the right match, it’s great

Break down into smaller tasks, create a schedule for yourself. On X Day I will dedicate to admin tasks, in the morning resolve timesheets etc.. I sign off regardless at 6:30pm and schedule blocks of focus time on respective calendars where I mute the messaging apps.

My client wants both parties to list assets & liabilities as an exhibit to their prenup without values, but waive the right to know the actual valuation of those in the prenup itself. My initial thought is this is a terrible idea & would probably make the prenup easily voidable since a main requirement for a prenup is for both to understand the nature and value of the other’s assets. I will research in my jurisdiction to confirm, but has anyone ever heard of/done this? Thoughts?
