Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.
Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
Also would leaving IBM after 1 year look bad on CV?

I am Product Owner, and have an opportunity to change my Title to "Product Manager". The actual work I'm doing will not change significantly, it's just a Title change, since I've been working less and less with the scrum teams and doing more product analysis over the last year. My main goal with this is to ensure this looks good on my CV. My thought is a Product Manager role seems more senior to a product owner. Any thoughts on this and any advice on how to approach this? What would be a typical salary for a junior in house counsel role (3 yoe) at a publicly traded company in a secondary market (think Austin, Tampa, Charlotte)? I’m having a really hard time finding what a reasonable range would be. Most positions I’m applying to require desired salary in the application, and the truth is I’d accept anything north of 125k but don’t want to undersell myself and take a bigger cut than necessary coming from biglaw.
