Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. They will charge 72k for this and 2k for profile investigation. I am much stressed.. it’s only been 5 months to join Capgemini. I joined in as cyber security consultant with good package.

I grew up in a nuclear family away from extended relatives who were never really close. Parents were either emotionally unavailable or distant. All I've wanted for myself was a big loving family to call my own.. my parents are unaccepting of my sexuality & my partners family is also quite fucked up so she's isn't super close to them either. I am in a long distance relationship with someone who is currently in B school. He spends pretty much all his breaks and holidays traveling with his classmates. Most of the time I am fine.
