Advice on taking and passing the SPHR exam?

I am going to move in the next few month to a location with a higher cost of living due to personal circumstances. I love my current company but I’ve only been here a little over a month, how should I go about requesting if it’s possible to get a salary increase? Might be a stretch but thought it might be worth mentioning.

What do you think about switching tech stacks vs becoming an expert in one stack? I am a backend Java engineer, and have solely used Java since I've started my software engineering career about 2 years ago. I don't know whether I should explore other tech stacks while I'm young, or instead focus on becoming a Java expert, given that I enjoy working in Java.

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I’ve asked for a sign on bonus as I’m not eligible for annual next year and will be missing my current jobs bonus. I should hear tomorrow (asking for 28k). Thoughts about the offer? Should I ask for more equity or is that standard? They’re public (currently ~$20)should I get the hybrid option in writing?
