Hi fishes,
I heard many people joined as lateral hires in last 2 months in Nagarro .. can u guys share me some insights about your new company (mainly project allocations) and is it tougher to get client projects ?
I have my joining in the month end, so it will be helpful for me to decide.
Thanks in advance
Im a new joiner it's been 2 months ,there is a guy in our team who behaves like he's the project manager ,he's same level as me con but keep on sending messages on the team channels like asking status and tried to assign work to me though I'm not reporting to him.Even on the calls he tries to dominate everyone .He has good rapo with senior manager like he can crack a joke on SM but not us . How to deal with these kind of people Deloitte .
Hi All...
Just a little curious about how Accenture Bench I joined Accenture seven months back on the very first day i was assigned to a project and the project ended on 31st of may. Then I started getting calls from the Project Managers for the other projects.but since it happened that I was selected into a project but wasn't boarded into one then I got released from the project.now I am on bench and not getting any calls from anywhere the hr tells me that I will get calls once I get shortlisted.

Don’t. Let upper management handle
I feel like starting with a positive is always better than starting with a negative. You should just tell them that you are in the middle of an unexpected transition and will let them know who will be leading as soon as you know and that you will continue to keep them updated.... But that’s just my opinion! :)
I wouldn’t necessarily tell them that the key member was laid off. I would just let the client know that whoever is taking the project over for the key member of your team will now be leading the project and can answer any questions moving forward.
When we told client that their favorite CD left the company, it was more about introducing them to the replacement CD. About their background with similar work and how exciting it was that they were joining the team. No need to go into detail about where the other person went
Thanks @Team One
@P1 we don’t know who will replace because we have no one right now :-( but this situation would be ideal!
@EP I already had a discussion with VP of strategy (as he belonged to strategy) and the decision is for me to break the news? To make it sound not as a big of a deal since we were in mid-email discussion. Pretty crappy. I was thinking a generic message like “Unfortunately ____ is no longer at the agency and we are in the middle of transitioning knowledge to another team member.”
Person X is no longer with the agency. Please meet person Y who is taking over in his/her stead.
At OP - very crappy and slimy
