I’m sure this varies but I’d be curious to hear a few takes: how formal of a “recommender packet” are you putting together? Im currently a LTC pharmacist. My hours are consistent (mornings) and I work one weekend a month. Also, the workload is actually not that bad. However, I just got an offer from a hospital as a staff pharmacist. It is a non profit organization so I would be able to get my student loan forgiven after working for 10 years. But schedule is really random and I would have to work every other weekend. Plus, I would get paid less. Should I just stay?
