When will the Hike letters be out ?
Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

^that sounds like pretty good WLB to me

Yep. Familiar with what the salaries are. I guess another way to phrase my question is whether and how much salary progression slows down from what I would expect in consulting
OP, progression definitely slows down. Your bonuses will be smaller as well (though stock options may make up for it).
Consulting is definitely more lucrative. Pharma tends to be better by other metrics (WLB, less stress etc).
You also spend more time at each level than you would in consulting.
Thanks. The WLB is worth a lot to me.
Out of curiosity, how is WLB at LEK LS? How many hours per week? Are you typically double staffed? What’s the mix of projects (DD, commercial strat, etc)
It really varies by case. Would say we typically run at 55 hours. But stretches of 65-70 hours are common. We avoid weekend work and those hours are packed into 5 days.
Double staffing only occurs at the manager level.
I’ve done mostly growth strategy, with a number of due diligences.
Thanks!!
Is it true that due diligence projects kill WLB?
Depends on what side of the transaction we’re supporting. Sell side is a lot better than buy side in terms of WLB, but there’s a lot more follow up with banks on sell side.
