What does the process look like when applying to a job in a different country for a senior creative? Do they fly you there to talk or is it all by phone? If job is taken, are relo benefits standard?

I'm currently interviewing for a hardware internship (at a startup). I've had a phone interview, a 30 minute technical interview and now I have a 2-3 hour interview. Is it just me or does this seem a little excessive for an internship?

Should I take my MBA off my resume?? What am I missing??
