Hi everyone. I am super interested in early promotion to manager. I am a staff 1. I know this is early, but would love to hear your recommendations on how to get on track for early promotion someday?

So I was offered a role in Strategy Consulting in after 2 years in Risk Consulting however, after 2 years I’ve only worked on Internal audit engagements few ad hocs such as updating risk register and the delegation of authority matrix.

Honestly speaking I am doing good and I am up for promotion in October however I am not fully enjoying my time but I fear that the move would not be a good and I can’t hit the ground running which scares me.

Any advice and past experiences in such career shit?

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?

IAAP is an awarding body in UK.

My doubt is, does the value of the certificate of IFRS change depending on the Institution?

Will a person who cleared IFRS from IAAP have same value as a person who cleared IFRS from ACCA?
