New offers as below
Cognizant - 18.7LPA (18Fixed +0. 7 variable)
TCS + 19.5LPA (including fixed , variable and retention bonus)

Wipro - 20LPa ( including fixed and variable)

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Firm wants me to back pay last year FICA tax(Social Security and Medicare tax).
Last year I started working as F-1 and transition to H1b. Firm never withheld FICA tax.

Now they ask me to back pay last year FICA tax and then will send me W2c form.

The catch is I already file my tax without those FICA tax. Should I pay them and file tax amendment?
