I’m an ERISA consultant for Marsh providing 3(21) and 3(38) services. I am interested in learning the opinion of in house counsel. 1. Deloitte - 12.5 LPA Fixed + 1.25L Variable along with 2L joining bonus and 2L retention bonus.

2. PWC - 13 LPA Fixed + 2L joining bonus and permanent WFH.
